Track Thousands of ASINs

Additionally, Amazon uses product reviews in its algorithm to determine which items appear first in search results.

Get Notified Real-Time

Positive and negative reviews for each ASIN you are monitoring are shown in FeedbackFive. You can also receive real-time alerts by email or text message, or you can opt to receive a daily digest email at a certain time of day.

To set up your alerts, go to the Alerts tab on the main navigation bar. First, choose whether or not to receive alerts for product reviews and/or seller feedback. Decide when and how you want to receive your alerts with flexible settings.

How to Get Started

Even if you don’t manage your feedback in FeedbackFive, you can still sign up for an account for Amazon product review management. If you do that, you will have access to the Product Reviews interface and will be able to see other pages, but we won’t import orders or send emails on your behalf.

If you’re a FeedbackFive user already, click on Products tab under Product Reviews to see details about product reviews for each ASIN you are monitoring. You'll see an image, description, SKU, ASIN, number of ratings, number of positive and negative reviews, average star rating, and number of orders for each item.

To monitor more ASINs (or stop tracking certain ones), simply click on the Track ASINs button at the top and follow the instructions.

Need more details on a product? Click on an individual ASIN to drill down even more with the Customer Product Reviews page. This shows you a detailed list of the reviews received for that specific item. The list includes the rating, title of the review, and the text of the review. You'll also learn whether or not the review is associated with a verified Amazon purchase.
