How to see my Amazon reviews is a question we get asked a lot, and for good reason. As an Amazon seller, it’s very important to be aware of what customers are saying about your products.
Your reviews are a key source of product and business intelligence, informing you what’s working well and what could be improved to bring in more sales. They reflect strongly on your relationship with customers and dictate how Amazon views (and subsequently rewards) you as a merchant on the world’s largest online marketplace where every advantage counts.

But before you can begin monitoring your reviews, you have to know where to find them. Here are three methods for doing so, plus how Amazon customers can view, edit, or delete their own reviews.
You can view, and more importantly, manage your reviews on Amazon in the following ways:
The most basic method for seeing your reviews on Amazon is visiting the item in question's product detail page and checking out its ratings and written reviews.
Filtering your reviews by Amazon’s ‘Read reviews that mention’ feature can help you narrow in on certain topics.
While this method works just fine if you only sell a few items, it's not very feasible if you carry multiple products.
Amazon’s Seller Central platform does provide a place for you to see reviews, but you must own a brand and be enrolled in Amazon’s Brand Registry program. So, not everyone has this option.
If you are a brand-registered seller and would like to access this exclusive feature, here’s how to find it:
1. Go to the Brands Menu in Seller Central. Again, if you don’t see this menu, you’re either not brand registered or haven’t been identified as a brand owner yet.
2. Go to the Brand Dashboard. The Brand Dashboard is the central hub to find specialized tools and services that can help you grow and optimize your business.

3. Look for the Customer Reviews Feature Under Brand Benefits. The Customer Reviews page allows you to view any product reviews received in the past 30 days. Reviews will be shown within 24 hours of when they were published by buyers and are retained for 30 days.
You can perform a number of different actions on this page:
As of June 2021, brands may also contact buyers who left critical (1-3 star) reviews with templated messages to offer a courtesy refund or replacement item or check with the buyer to clarify a product issue based on that review.
This key brand registry perk can help preserve the customer experience and potentially even lead to better ratings.
The final method for how to see Amazon reviews involves the use of third-party review monitoring software like eComEngine’s FeedbackFive.
Getting started is a breeze! Just identify the ASINs you want to track and the tool will automatically begin to pull in Amazon reviews for each item so you can see them in one central location. In addition to monitoring your own ASINs, it's also a good idea to keep an eye on those of a few close competitors for intel.
FeedbackFive puts key review data for 17 international Amazon marketplaces right at your fingertips, including:
You can easily sort, filter, and analyze your reviews from within the tool or export the information to a CSV to track trends over time and maintain a detailed review history database. Or, if you are tracking rival ASINs, have access to an incredibly comprehensive competitor analysis that you can use to inform your own strategy.
89% of Amazon sellers surveyed monitor their Amazon reviews.
When monitoring your reviews, it’s important to not let negative reviews gain too much traction and impact your sales. To help mitigate this, FeedbackFive also has an alerting feature that will send text and/or email notifications when new negative reviews are received. Armed with this crucial (and potentially costly) information, you can take action much faster to try and resolve the problem, whether it's by editing your listing content, addressing the issue with your supplier, or even removing a troublesome ASIN from your catalog entirely.
(Editor’s Note: At the time of writing, Amazon does not notify sellers when new reviews are received.)
As an Amazon customer, you can submit a review for an item on the product detail page where it’s listed for sale. Interestingly (and a bit controversially), you can leave a review on Amazon even if you ultimately didn’t purchase the product there, provided you meet certain eligibility requirements.

2. Scroll down to the Ordering and shopping preferences section and click on Your Amazon profile.
3. Go to the Community activity section of your Amazon profile and open the three-dot dropdown menu to edit, delete, or hide a review on your public profile.
On the mobile app:
1. Log into your Amazon account and tap the profile icon on the bottom toolbar.
2. Click on the Your Account button.
3. Scroll down to the Personalized content section and click the Profile link.
4. Scroll all the way down to the Community activity section and use the three-dot dropdown menu to edit, delete, or hide the review.
Whether you’re a buyer or a seller (or both), we hope you can now confidently say that you know how to view Amazon reviews. Just remember, as an Amazon merchant, you’re prohibited from writing reviews for your own items.
