Have you ever wondered what kind of impact your Amazon feedback and review requests make on your overall ratings?
If so, we’ve got great news for you! The FeedbackFive Campaign Analytics page makes it easy to see how each of your campaigns impacts the number of feedbacks, reviews, and ratings you receive.
That’s right, we said ratings. Keep reading to find out how these Amazon product analytics can help you run your Amazon business more effectively.
When we introduced Request a Review automation in FeedbackFive, sellers began asking for a tangible way to see how this message stacked up against traditional feedback or product review requests.
Around the same time, we noticed that sellers were receiving more ratings on Amazon thanks to the one-tap rating technology. Unfortunately, there wasn't an easy way for sellers to monitor product ratings as they can with product reviews, so there was a lot of buyer activity going undetected.
Seller feedback is provided by the buyer on a five-star scale. It is based on their experience with you as a seller.
Product reviews are also provided on a five-star scale. Anyone can review your product on Amazon. A product review includes written content about the buyer’s experience with the product in addition to the star rating.
Ratings are simply the star rating for reviews. Buyers frequently leave one-tap ratings without providing written context.
We decided to change that. Now you can quickly see the number of feedbacks, product reviews, and ratings generated by your FeedbackFive requests on the Campaign Analytics page. This includes requests sent with the Amazon Feedback and Review Request Template, which sends the Amazon Request a Review message.
Simply choose a campaign from the dropdown menu to view the number of emails you sent and the number of:
You can filter by a number of days: 7, 30, 60, or 90. You can also choose to display daily ratings or weekly ratings. When you are looking at the reviews received, you can filter even more to see written reviews, total ratings, or your average rating over the timeframe you selected.
This intuitive graph makes it easy to understand exactly how your FeedbackFive requests impact your feedback and review ratings. It also provides insight into how often your products are receiving one-tap ratings and how that is affecting your total product rating.
Campaign Analytics offers an easy way to see the impact of your FeedbackFive requests, so you can see what's working and where to experiment. We're excited to offer a historical view of product ratings in addition to product reviews and feedbacks received.Louis Mizzell
Short of manually checking the number of ratings on your listings on a regular basis, there was previously no way to get Amazon rating details from your Seller Central account. With FeedbackFive, you have this valuable information at your fingertips.
