Mid-July is when Prime Day has historically been held, except for 2020 when it was delayed until October due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Prime Day took place in June for the first time. It resumed its normal July scheduling in 2022.
Fortunately, Amazon sellers can capitalize on many shopping events in addition to Prime Day and major Q4 holidays. Be sure to plan ahead for launching your promotions for each season, Singles Day, and other holidays you may not have considered.
You must plan for inventory deadlines, especially if you have a product that experiences seasonal changes in demand. FBA storage limits update quarterly based on your Inventory Performance Index. An IPI score of 400 means you are on track for unlimited storage.
