Inventory management is one of the most crucial aspects of being a successful Amazon seller. For this reason, Paul Dworianyn, president of Awesome Dynamic, encourages his clients to use RestockPro. As a thriving Amazon consultant and merchant, Paul understands the importance of never running out of stock. Recently, he shared his insight into how business owners can get the most out of the tool.
Years before becoming a consultant, Paul was involved in producing a board game in China that went on to become a top-three seller in its category. Over an eight-year period, that single SKU has made millions.
Paul then used his experience to help his father, who makes custom closet systems, to begin selling closet accessories on the Amazon marketplace. After getting the account tuned up, it became quite successful. He then applied what he’d learned to another account that focuses on games. After investing just $250 in the business, it was making $70,000 by the end of the year.
Clearly, Paul knows what he’s doing, and he’s made a name for himself by teaching other Amazon sellers how to do the same. Awesome Dynamic combines website and SEO expertise with hands-on consulting to provide a top-notch experience for their clients.
As president of the company, Paul shared that Awesome Dynamic is gearing up for a huge push in 2018 with the goal of helping clients go global. He wants to guide these ambitious Amazon sellers through “that scary unknown” of getting into selling on the Pan-European marketplace.
With sellers from around the world enlisting his services, Paul is committed to helping his clients find new ways of maintaining that competitive edge.
Having been an Amazon merchant himself, Paul understands how overwhelming it can be to know how to navigate the industry. As such, he places an emphasis on inventory management since you can’t make money if you don’t have anything to sell! This is especially important with new sellers who are just entering the marketplace.
“When someone gets started on Amazon, you’re really using the predictive tools to measure the different velocities and determine how to keep products in stock,” he said. “That’s the one thing that a lot of people that we get in contact with don’t understand: keeping in stock in FBA all the time is critical to forward momentum and growth over time.”
To simplify the restocking process, Paul introduces clients to the "intuitive" RestockPro. “[This] tool allows us to make that process easy for our clients because if they were just using Seller Central without your tool, they really can’t customize how those suggestions are made," he said. "It’s not as comprehensive.”
