Amazon announced a new shipping service for sellers at the 2023 Amazon Accelerate event. Amazon Shipping expands access to Amazon’s delivery network across the contiguous United States for seller-fulfilled orders.
Sellers benefit from competitive pricing due to the extensive transportation and fulfillment network Amazon has built. Amazon Shipping can be used to fulfill orders placed on Amazon.com and other selling channels, including direct-to-consumer websites.
In this article, we’ll explore how the program works. It’s currently available to US sellers with warehouses in fifteen metropolitan areas across the country, but it will expand to other areas in the future.
Amazon Shipping offers pickup and delivery seven days a week. Most deliveries are completed within two to five days. Amazon takes the headaches out of fulfillment with on-time pickup and delivery as well as enhanced end-to-end tracking to ensure every order is where it’s supposed to be. A photo is taken upon delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that you have a record of successful delivery.
Leveraging Amazon’s extensive ground shipping networks allows you to save money with competitive pricing. There are no residential surcharges or weekend delivery fees. Amazon provides quick quotes and low prices. Plus, Amazon provides dedicated support for Amazon Shipping orders. Most claims are approved within 24 hours.

You can sell products via your website, Amazon.com, and other sales channels and have them delivered with Amazon Shipping. Small and large packages can be shipped, with 59x33x33 as the largest package size and a weight limit of 50 pounds.
Amazon makes it easy to buy labels and schedule a pickup directly from your warehouse. You can purchase labels through your order management system, with a third-party shipping software (including Amazon’s own Veeqo), or through Amazon’s shipping portal, Shipper Central. Shipper Central will automatically sync with your Seller Central orders. Amazon offers a variety of collection types depending on how many packages you need to ship, including loose load, container, and palletized.
Veeqo is Amazon’s free multichannel shipping software, powered by Amazon’s Buy Shipping. It analyzes delivery promise, your carrier preference, and the lowest available cost to provide you with recommendations for shipping services. Veeqo integrates with Amazon, USPS, and UPS. It includes pre-negotiated rates from UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL. All shipping labels purchased through the software include a valid tracking ID that automatically syncs with your Amazon account.
You can log in with your Seller Central account to be protected against A-to-z carrier claims that are related to late delivery and negative feedback, just like you would get if you shipped your orders within Seller Central. Ship Amazon and multichannel orders with reliable delivery within two to five business days.
Amazon Shipping delivers domestic shipments within the contiguous United States. It also works with USPS to ensure that all delivery destinations are fully covered, including P.O. boxes and military bases.
Detailed end-to-end tracking allows you to track packages from warehouse pickup to arrival on your customer’s doorstep. Deliveries can be tracked in Shipper Central. Customers can track their packages with Amazon’s dedicated tracking page, which offers real-time tracking, delivery preferences, and details about the expected package arrival time.
Amazon Shipping offers impressive benefits for sellers and customers alike, thanks to Amazon’s competitive pricing and reliable delivery. If you’re fulfilling your orders, accessing Amazon’s transportation network without needing to pay FBA fees or shipping to fulfillment centers may be beneficial, particularly if you’re participating in the Seller Fulfilled Prime program.
Delivering on time and meeting customer expectations is key to continued success on the Amazon platform. Amazon Shipping is designed to assist with both goals.
