Our friends at Marknology share how scheduling automation for the Amazon Request a Review button with FeedbackFive has benefited their clients.
The new FeedbackFive Amazon Feedback and Review Request Template, in partnership with Amazon, has been doing exactly what it was designed to do…get more feedback! Specifically, highly coveted Amazon reviews!
At Marknology, we ALWAYS recommend FeedbackFive to our clients. Now that we can use this tool to request reviews with Amazon's Request a Review button, our clients are clamoring to have it integrated to their campaigns. There is a literal waiting list.
Here is a sample of the email sent to the customer. It is so easy for a customer to leave a rating and or review. This is CRUCIAL.
Customers can easily:
Pro Tip: Answer any customer questions personally. It’s 100% free, a boost to the A9 search algorithm, and a great opportunity for brand awareness, improved customer retention, defense against negativity, and improved conversion rates!
We all know that Amazon is extremely strict about what communication is allowed with Amazon shoppers, especially if it concerns asking for reviews. Well, rest assured, this program has the full approval of Amazon and is dramatically improving our review ratings. Of course, you must have a good product, and if that is true, your number of positive reviews will improve by simply requesting reviews.
The example numbers we show here are limited by time, a new rollout, and by the COVID-19 virus. Many sellers are affected by these parameters, so use grace with your discernment.
We’re sharing a peek at some of our client's data based on the three weeks before and three weeks after implementing the new template in FeedbackFive.
Client A nearly quadrupled their order volume from March to April. After enabling the Amazon Feedback and Review Request Template at the end of March, this client received approximately 20% more positive reviews. Client A received the same number of negative reviews before and after enabling the template.
Client B is receiving nearly 50% fewer negative reviews after enabling the template.
Client C saw a 30% increase in positive reviews after enabling the template.
Client D did not experience a significant change in the number of positive reviews before and after implementing the template. However, this client received fewer negative reviews with the new template.
Client E is brand new to Amazon. After enabling the template, this client's positive reviews increased by more than 15%.
Editor's note: In 2022, 77% of FeedbackFive users automate Amazon's Request a Review message as opposed to Buyer-Seller Messaging emails.
Overall, the program has been great for both positive and negative reviews because you, the seller, are getting direct information from your consumer. The way that FeedbackFive has set up this response has made it easy and convenient for the customer to leave a review with a few clicks.
After one short month, we here at Marknology are very excited about how this program will benefit both our clients and their customers.
