FeedbackFive will import 150 days of order history and 90 days of feedback and review history. It can send messages for orders completed within the last 30 days, per Amazon policy.
When you first connect FeedbackFive to Amazon, historical data will be added to FeedbackFive:
- Orders placed within the past 150 days will be imported so that sales data can be displayed. Orders completed within the past 30 days will include their delivery dates and buyer email addresses so you can send requests for them.
- Negative seller feedback left within the past 90 days will be imported for analysis. Negative feedback left within the past 60 days may be eligible for a removal request.
- Product reviews left within the past 90 days on your top-selling ASINs (which FeedbackFive tracks automatically) will be imported for analysis.
More historical data will be added if you adjust your settings:
- If you set up Enhanced Feature Access, FeedbackFive will import positive feedback left within the past 90 days (counting from the day you finish setting up Enhanced Feature Access)
- If you track more ASINs, FeedbackFive will import product reviews left in the past 90 days (counting from the day you add the ASIN).
- If you remove ASINs and track different ones instead, FeedbackFive will remove the review history for the removed ASINs and import reviews left in the last 90 days for the newly added ASINs.
How far back can I request reviews and feedback?
Based on Amazon's Communication Guidelines, FeedbackFive can send messages for orders that were completed within the past 30 days. You can edit your campaign rules if you prefer to send requests only for more recent orders.
