FeedbackFive sends your monthly invoice to the administrative email address(es) on your account.
To see which addresses these are, choose FeedbackFive in the top navigation and hover on the left side of the screen to open the navigation menu. Click Settings at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
Select the Users tab and look at the “Send admin emails” column. If there is a checkmark, this email address will receive an invoice.
