How can I reset my FeedbackFive password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page.

1. Go to the login page for FeedbackFive. 
2. Click “Forgot password?”
    
3. Type in the email address you use to log into FeedbackFive and click “Send Reset Link.” 
4. Follow the link in the email you receive to create a new password. 

If you want to reset your password from within FeedbackFive, you can do so on your User Profile page: 

1. Click your username at the top right. 
2. Click your name and email address in the drop-down list to open your User Profile page. 
3. Switch to the password tab to create a new password.
