How can I exclude canceled orders?

Canceled orders are excluded from all FeedbackFive emails automatically on most plan levels. On Basic plans, you can manually exclude canceled orders.

If you are on a Basic or Standard plan level and know that a particular order was canceled, you can mark it as “Do Not Solicit” on the Scheduling page.
