How do I copy templates and campaigns to another store?

Templates and campaigns must be copied manually from one store to another. Log into the second store on another browser or a private/incognito window.

Copying Campaigns

To copy campaigns into another store:

1. Open the second store in a private or incognito browser window or a separate browser.

2. Select FeedbackFive in the top navigation and hover on the left side of the screen to open the navigation menu. Click Campaigns to open the campaign settings and click +CREATE NEW CAMPAIGN.

3. Using the first store for reference, set up the new campaign with the same rules.

Copying Templates

To copy templates into another store:

1. Open the second store in a private or incognito browser window or a separate browser.

2. Select FeedbackFive in the top navigation and hover on the left side of the screen to open the navigation menu. Click Templates and click +NEW TEMPLATE.

• Note: If your second store is a separate account on a plan level that doesn't include custom templates, you will need to open one of the Wizard templates and modify it instead.
3. Copy the template text from the first store into the second store.
4. Upload any images to the Image Library in the second store and insert them into the template (or, on the Wizard template, upload the image using the logo option at the top).
