How often are Buy Box prices updated?

For SKUs that are in stock, changes on Amazon will show in RestockPro in about four hours.

When a product goes out of stock, the buy box will continue to update but may take up to 6-8 hours because of how Amazon's API works.

If you are seeing a pattern of severe delays or are concerned about a SKU never updating, please contact us with the SKU so we can investigate.
